It is also known as Startling By Each Step, which is quite true *you'll know why if you watch it :P*
Genre of the drama: Romance, Historical Fiction & Science Fiction.
The setting of the drama is in China and I love period drama very much especially the fictional costume drama and the royal harem drama. The costumes they used are so nice and attracting. *wink*
Something about Scarlet Heart:
Synopsis:
Zhang Xiao, a young woman suffers a traffic collision that sends her back in time from the 21st centuty to the Qing Dynasty during the KangXi Emperor's reign in the year 1704. She is trapped in the body of a young daughter of a Manchu aristocrat, named Ma'ertai RuoXi. RuoXin has to adjust because she is stranded in the past. In her new life, she became deeply entangled in Aisin Gioro princes' battle for the throne. She knew about the history of China and tried to change it because she was falling in love with the fourth prince of the Kangxi. But she failed to do so because history is still history. Every actions she took in the palace were so dangerous as she might be put to death as a punishment of doing something wrong. *And that's how this drama was named and the story line was really really interesting! :P* After she is dead in her so-called "new life", she went back to her own body in 21st century which means after many years. She found herself lying in the hospital. She continued her normal life again.

It has been a long time I don't watch Hong Kong drama. Maybe a year? Since I started watching Korean drama, Hong Kong drama was ignored by me. LOL. Nevermind I'll get back to it soon. xD
Don't say watching drama is wasting time. It helps in relaxing, distressing and increasing my knowledge. Okay maybe it's not but this drama is reminding me of the history of China, which I almost forgotten since I graduated from secondary school. Anyway, it's a kind of entertainment which everyone needs it in his or her life. TRUE? Yes true. :P
"Why drama not movie?" this is the respond I always got from my friends.
"Just because I like drama, for it's length." so this is my answer.
"Such a weird person. Haha."
I don't care I just love drama. :P
Kthxbai X)
